We provide turn key solutions for large scale developers.  

The company was born out of the need to find better ways for the developers to complete their renovation projects.  Daily communication with focus on quality, efficient delivery of materials, and having quality and trained personnel working on the project.  The company is minority - women owned which provides additional tax benefit to our customers.

We have humble beginnings.  Both founders, Greg and Aleksandra were born and raised in Poland.  This is a critical component to today's operations in US as many business supply arrangements have been established with regular travels to Europe over time.  That is how we can offer these unique products and make them available to US Developers and General Contractors at unmatched pricing that cannot be found elsewhere.  Throughout many years of experience renovating thousands of units and working on over 100 projects we have developed an expertise of what works.  It took us many years and sampling and to find products that offer optimal balance between modern design, long term durability, function and being cost conscious at the same time.  We are elevating the material selection and superior quality to the building community one project at the time.

1. Win for the Developers by having skilled and experienced General Contractor partner managing the construction process.  Its a win because this leads to reduced time to completion and less corrections as often seen on many project.

3. For the buyers and tenants, the end user by experiencing superior quality, durability, and overall satisfaction of the home lived in. Less issues for the management company to deal with, reducing the cost, thus improving financials on the exit multiple strategy.

Most of our projects and developers we work with are in the Southwest region such as Arizona California and Texas.  Having experienced crew allow us to be efficient, and meet the deadlines as no repeated work is required.

Although we are proud of provide high quality work you will find that our prices are extremely competitive due to large volume and efficiencies established in crew management, and overall attention to details.

Materials and Supplies

Many developers that we work with will chose to access our modern supply center for their material needs.  Beyond the GC services we have the scale do deliver unique material selections at unbeatable price.

Time to Delivery

We have the capacity to renovate and deliver 25-30 units per month and do our part to stay on top the schedule on every project.

Warranty and Servicing

Because we work on our own general contracting projects we have the crew and man power to handle any warranty issues post installation service, providing peace of mind for our developer partner community.

We guarantee that when you work with us you will get response to emails and calls, we monitor our schedule daily, and provide updates to parties involved in the process.  We know that communication is key for any successful project.

Greg Piechowiak

Greg brings tremendous value and expertise in the construction industry.  By renovating large scale developments such as +1,000 units and completing over 80 projects this level of experience gives him an edge to manage crews to a timely and successful completion.  His role and focus is on Project management, oversight bidding process along with scheduling, time management and communication with the customer.  Along with final to completion quality oversight and successful delivery.

Aleksandra Szafarska

Aleksandra's attention to detail plays a key role in managing various departments and connecting them together for efficient operation.  Such as logistics, management of company assets, employee allocation and project delivery planing.
